Swedish

Most widely known, this European massage uses oils and gentle, long-kneading strokes of all major muscle groups to ease tension, improve flexibility, increase circulation and promote relaxation.

Sports Massage

A deep-tissue massage designed to relax and re-energize tired muscles or relieve a particular area aggravated by sports or exercise. Breaks up lactic acid build-up prominent in post-exercise pain.

LaStone Massage®

This deeply relaxing massage treatment uses ancient art of healing - the elements of Mother Nature... fire, water and earth - to bring relief to tense muscles, sore joints, stressed emotions and a weary spirit. By massaging with the intense penetrating heat of smooth lava stones, your therapist is able to deeply and effectively release your muscle tension and balance your energy.

Reflexology

This ancient Chinese treatment uses a "thumb and finger" pressure point massage technique applied to reflex points of the feet which correspond to the internal organs, restoring the flow of energy. Relieves tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural function of the body.

Shirodhara Head and Scalp Massage

Forget about your hair-do when you have this treatment - but it will be well worth it! A warm stream of organic sesame oil is dripped onto the forehead. Vital touch and massage of the forehead and scalp combined with the comforting warm oil creates a subtle, but dramatic release of stress. Also increases vitality and provides a quiet, serene experience for complete relaxation.

(To receive the maximum benefit of the moisturizing properties of the sesame oil, we recommend that you do not wash your hair for at lest two hours.)

Underwater Massage
(Thalassotherapy Treatment)

Sink into our warm hydrotherapy bath with 22 pulsating jets and scented with one of our special botanical sachets. As your therapist massages your tense muscles with a powerful water wand, you'll drift into a pleasant state of complete relaxation. Your treatment will conclude with a light massage application with one of our botanical hydrating lotions. (We require that you wear a swimsuit for this treatment)
