We always take care to reserve the time that is best for you!

The Basics...

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment (if you're late, service time may be shortened).
  • As a courtesy, we call to confirm appointments 24 to 48 hours in advance.
  • If you are using a Gift Certificate, please present it at the time of service.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
  • Products may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase. No returns or refunds.
  • Make-up products cannot be exchanged or returned - please select your colors carefully.

Cancellations and No Shows...

A credit card deposit or gift certificate number is required to hold your appointment. Please give us 24 hours notice in the event that you must cancel. Failure to comply will result in a full charge for unused services or forfeiture of your gift certificate.

Children...

Unless your children are here to receive services, please do not bring them with you. Your compliance with this request is greatly appreciated.

Cell Phones, Pagers and Personal Items...

We are dedicated to providing a relaxing atmosphere for all our clients. Please turn off your cell phones and pagers when visiting our spa. Also, please leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories.

Gratuities...

Our best reward is your personal recommendation of Serenity Day Spa to a friend or loved one. However, gratuities are always appreciated in the form of cash or personal check made out to your therapist.
